Shipping Policy

Every necklace is personalized and made to order, so each order has a short production stage before it ships.

Production time

Your photo is reviewed, prepared and set by hand. This usually takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping is free on every order and typically arrives 5–9 business days after production, depending on your country.

You receive an email with a shipping confirmation as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If it needs correcting, email us within 12 hours of ordering.
