We collect the minimum needed to make and deliver your necklace, and we treat your uploaded photo as personal data.

What we collect

Your name, email, shipping address, order details and the photo you upload for personalization.

Your image is used only to produce your necklace. It is never sold, published or used in marketing without your written permission.

Order records are kept as long as legally required for accounting. Uploaded photos are deleted from production systems after your order is fulfilled.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by emailing luna.express@gmail.com.
