How does the photo projection work?

Your photo is micro-printed and sealed inside an optical crystal set within the pendant. Hold the pendant up toward the light and look through the crystal — the image appears, sharp and full colour. From the outside it simply looks like a fine gemstone.

What type of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo where faces fill most of the frame works best. JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB. Avoid heavily filtered, very dark or low-resolution screenshots.

Can I choose silver, gold or rose gold?

Yes. Every pendant style is available in sterling silver, 18k gold plated and rose gold plated, each with a matching chain.

How long does production take?

Each necklace is made to order. Our studio typically needs 2–4 business days to prepare, print and set your photo.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free and usually arrives within 5–9 business days after production, depending on your country.

Can I order more than one necklace?

Absolutely. Our bundles are made for exactly that, and multiples ship together in individual gift boxes.

Can I send different photos for multiple necklaces?

Yes. Add each necklace to your cart separately with its own photo, and each will be produced with that image.

What if I upload the wrong photo?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering with your order number and the correct photo. If production hasn't started, we swap it free of charge.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is personalized, we accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 30 days. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll remake or refund it.
