Returns & Refunds
Because each piece is made with your photo, personalized items are exempt from standard change-of-mind returns — but we always stand behind our work.
Faulty or damaged items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will remake or refund your necklace.
Wrong photo uploaded
Email us within 12 hours of ordering with the correct image. If production hasn't started, we swap it free of charge.
